PTFE-lined pneumatic ball valves are automatic anti-corrosion shut-off and control valves, with carbon steel or stainless steel as the pressure-bearing base, and all medium-contacting components integrally lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Combining the structural strength of metal valve bodies, the extreme chemical inertness of fluoroplastics and the remote control capability of pneumatic actuation, they are suitable for pipeline on-off and flow regulation of most strongly corrosive media under -30℃~180℃ working conditions. Combining the structural strength of metal tanks with the acid & alkali resistance, impact resistance, anti-scaling and non-toxic hygienic properties of polyolefin materials, they are suitable for storing most acids, alkalis, salt solutions and weakly corrosive media at room temperature. With outstanding cost performance, they are the mainstream anti-corrosion solution for large-volume material storage in medium and low corrosion scenarios, widely used in salt chemical, environmental water treatment, metallurgy and food industries.

PTFE-lined reducers are special diameter transition fittings for highly corrosive fluid pipeline systems. With carbon steel as the pressure-bearing base and full PTFE lining on the inner wall, they are available in concentric and eccentric structures, combining metal strength and PTFE corrosion resistance. They not only realize smooth anti-corrosion connection between pipelines and equipment of different diameters, but also optimize the fluid condition in pipes, serving as standard fittings for anti-corrosion pipelines in salt chemical, fine chemical and environmental protection industries.

PTFE-lined  gate valves adopt carbon steel/stainless steel as the valve body base, with full PTFE lining on all wetted parts and sealing surfaces. Combining the high pressure resistance of metal valves and the excellent corrosion resistance of PTFE material, they adopt a gate-lifting straight-through structure, serving as highly reliable anti-corrosion valves for on-off control of highly corrosive medium pipelines.
