Equipment Working Principle
The equipment operates on the principles of fluidized drying and air cooling, achieving material drying and temperature reduction through heat and mass exchange:
1.Drying Stage: Hot air is heated to 220°-240° and then introduced into the boiling fluidized bed, where it fluidizes the solid calcium tablets. The materials fully contact the high-temperature hot air, rapidly evaporating excess moisture. Precise temperature control ensures the final content stabilizes at 72-74%.
2.Cooling Stage: Dried materials enter the cooling bed, where ambient temperature air passes through the material layer, dissipating heat and reducing the material temperature to 50-60℃, preventing high temperatures from affecting subsequent packaging and storage.

Refined Working Procedures

Operation Process |
Core Parameter Control |
| 1 | Raw Material Conveying | 68% content solid calcium tablets are uniformly fed into the boiling fluidized bed via a belt conveyor; conveying speed is adjusted based on processing capacity |
| 2 | Hot Air Drying | 220°-240° hot air is continuously supplied to the fluidized bed, maintaining stable material fluidization; drying time is dynamically adjusted according to initial material moisture content |
| 3 | Content Detection | Material content is monitored online. When it reaches 72-74%, the system automatically triggers material transfer to the cooling bed |
| 4 | Ambient Cooling | Ambient temperature air is supplied to the cooling bed at a constant velocity; materials are evenly distributed in the bed and cooled to 50-60℃ |
| 5 | Finished Product Conveying | Cooled materials are transferred to the packaging silo via a conveyor, awaiting subsequent packaging processes |
