Example：Bromine extraction from brine
Firstly, the clients should provide about 50kg representative samples, our company organizes technicians to compile experimental procedures according to the programme of communication with customers, which is handed to the technicians for taking the exploratory testing and chemical examination relying on rich experience.
Technicians will analysis of the brine, seawater, industrial wastewater which are supplied by client and categorize them into three or more grades (for example, bromine extraction project): 80-110mg/L, 110-150mg/L, and 150-300mg/L.
Then check calcium and magnesium content and pH value to determine if it is strongly alkaline (up to 9.5 ± 0.2).
After finishing all the tests, technicians will write a detailed "Bromine extraction report" depending to client’s requirement, which is important to next design, and brings significance of guiding actual production.
