Calcium Chloride Evaporation & Concentration Equipment
Core Equipment Overview
This specialized evaporation system is engineered for concentrating calcium chloride solutions, addressing key challenges such as high solubility, significant boiling point elevation, and strong corrosivity. It offers flexible configurations including MVR, triple-effect, and single-effect evaporation processes, tailored to different concentration stages. The system achieves automatic control of temperature, pressure, and material transfer, ensuring stable production of high-concentration calcium chloride solutions (up to ≥70%) for subsequent crystallization or drying processes. Widely applied in chemical, environmental protection, and refrigeration industries, it balances efficiency, energy savings, and corrosion resistance.

Equipment Working Principle
The system operates based on vacuum evaporation + heat energy cascade utilization technology, with different configurations optimized for specific concentration ranges:
● MVR Evaporator: Uses a mechanical vapor recompression compressor to compress low-pressure secondary steam into high-pressure steam, which is then reused as a heating source. This reduces external steam consumption by over 90% compared to traditional systems.
● Triple-Effect Evaporator: Adopts a series connection of three evaporation units. Steam from the first effect heats the second effect, and secondary steam from the second effect heats the third effect, achieving heat energy utilization with a thermal efficiency of over 80%.
● Single-Effect Evaporator: Designed for high-concentration solutions, it uses direct steam or heat-conducting oil heating under vacuum conditions to minimize scaling and ensure stable evaporation of high-boiling-point solutions.
